Instructions
  1. Start by thoroughly rinsing your potatoes in cold water.
  2. Cook them for about 20 minutes from when the water starts to boil, they will be ready when a knife will pierce them without any resistance. Let them cool then peel.
  3. Mash your potato, I’m using a masher but you can do it by hand.
  4. Add the egg, salt and pepper and mix everything good.
  5. While stirring add gradually your flour and continue to knead with your hands until the dough is smooth, even consistency and fully mix the ingredients.
  6. Grease one 8 inch pan in diameter. Take half of your dough into the pan and mash it to spread it all over the bottom of your pan.
  7. Add the ham, cheese and ham aging. Close with the remaining dough by forming another layer.
  8. Cover the pan and cook over low heat for about 15-20 minutes on each side.
